Pricing and product information
Product prices may change without notice. Descriptions and specifications are supplied by manufacturers or brands; we endeavour to keep information accurate but recommend checking the individual product listing or contacting us for confirmation of sizing, materials or compatibility before purchasing.
Shipping and local pickup
We ship within Canada and internationally. Canadian orders totalling over CAD125 qualify for free shipping within Canada. For orders under that amount, domestic shipping fees apply by province group: a base rate applies to smaller provinces and a tiered set of rates applies for other regions; lightweight Lettermail may be available for qualifying thin items with prior authorization and carries a fee of CAD3.95. United States orders have a flat-rate option of CAD12.99; international orders are charged exact shipping rates displayed at checkout. Some brands cannot be shipped outside Canada due to manufacturer limits; please ask if you are ordering a restricted item.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Please contact us for Return Authorization before sending anything back. Mail returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase on items that are unworn, unwashed and unopened. In-store exchanges are accepted within 45 days with proof of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred when returning items, including any costs we originally paid to ship the goods to you. Items marked as sale or clearance, and certain product categories (for example: skin products such as soaps and creams, wraps and ring slings, Baby Banz ear protection, So Luxury and Nuna products, strollers, car seats and associated accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For certain brand promotions that included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must be returned with the product or its retail value will be deducted from any refund. If your eligible return causes your original order to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit.
Layaway and payment plans
We can arrange layaway/payment plans on request. A non-refundable deposit of CAD50 is required to open a layaway. The remaining balance must be paid within three months. To start a plan, contact [email protected] for details and next steps.
Order discrepancies
If an order arrives with missing items, incorrect quantities or the wrong colour, notify us within 14 days so we can investigate and make it right. After that period we may be unable to complete a full inquiry into the discrepancy.
